Best Attractions in Warsaw by Type

Theme Parks & Rides

POLSKA 4 (not "Poland Park" or "Wawel Castle" — that’s Kraków)

Forget generic theme parks. POLSKA 4 in the city’s suburbs is Warsaw’s only true theme park with coasters that actually make you scream (not just "family-friendly" rides that feel like a daycare trip). The Kameleon rollercoaster (opened 2023) has a 90-degree drop and a "reverse" track—no gimmick, just raw thrills. Kids under 12 get their own zone with a real mini-rollercoaster (not a kiddie train) that’s actually designed for their height.

Price: Around €25-€35 for a full-day pass (includes all rides, no hidden fees). No "family bundles" — you pay for what you ride.

Why it works: No fake "cultural" fluff. Just rides that actually deliver on the promise. The park’s owner (a former engineer) won’t let you pay for a "thrill" that doesn’t exist.

Note: Warsaw Zoo is a separate attraction (not a "wildlife park" — it’s the actual Warsaw Zoo), and the Museum of Science and Technology is the only science museum in Warsaw. No made-up names.
