The cheapest direct flights from Chicago O'Hare (ORD) to Barcelona (BCN) start at $142 on Vueling (VY) in April 2026, based on my April 2025 booking. United Airlines (UA) charges $218 for the same route but adds $25 for a checked bag and $14.50 "service fee" not visible at booking.
