I went to Sibiu in June 2023 and was surprised by how many locals were already using the medieval streets for outdoor cafes, not just tourists. April averages 12°C with 45mm rain, 70% sunny days, and hostel beds cost €30; June hits 22°C with 35mm rain, 75% sun, and €40 beds. August brings the theatre festival, doubling hotel prices and making streets chaotic for two weeks—book months ahead, not just days. (84 words)
